If you would like to get an introduction to Ridgeline Ceramics and are not sure you want to commit to a monthly membership, a 10 or 20-pack of studio sessions is a great opportunity offered exclusively to Ridgeline Ceramics students who have taken at least 2 sessions of Introduction to Wheel throwing.

This option is available for a one-time purchase only and is meant to ease you into the studio and is best for those who are infrequent users. Punch pass members are limited to firing 6-8 small pots per month (no larger than 4Lx4Wx4H in inches). For example, if you put 4 pots on the shelf to bisque, those same 4 pots will also be glaze fired.

The number of pots we send through the kilns depends on size and the studio will use its discretion regarding the number of pots each user is allotted.

Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase date.  Credits will not be given if you fail to use all of your sessions before the 6-month period is up. Students who choose to purchase studio sessions rather than a full membership must abide by the following:

Punch Card Rules

    • Punch cards with your name will be placed in clear plastic card holders with a box of hole punchers.  Please punch your card each time you will be working in the studio for more than 20 minutes.
  • You must punch your card every time you use the studio for more than 20 minutes

    • You do not have to punch your card under the following circumstances:
        • Picking up glazed/finished pieces
        • Coming in to specifically transfer your work to bisque/glaze shelves
        • Coming in to check on your pots (turning them over, checking dryness and then leaving)
        • Dropping items off (clay, glaze tools etc.)
        • Participating in a paid workshop or class

  • Anyone who purchases a punch pass must abide by all studio rules.
  • Upon purchase, you will receive a studio welcome email where you will be granted door code access, outlining rules and best practices. (please allow up to 24 hours for this to come through).
  • All pieces made, clay, personal tools, glazes etc. must be stored on the community shelf which is marked in the studio. No other shelf space is permitted.  This shelf space is first come first served and is a shared space, so please be mindful of others work.  If additional shelf space is needed, please contact Jamie at Mountainpottery099@gmail.com
  • Do not give out the door code to anyone who is not a member.

PLEASE NOTE: Punch card members are not considered studio members and as such, do not have access to the 20% discount off of classes and workshops or their own personal shelf space.
