Refund policy
At Ridgeline Ceramics, I do my very best to take accurate photos from many angles and in natural lighting as to best represent my pottery. I also describe the pot in detail in its description and point out any notable flaws to be aware of, if any. Please note that your pot may have slight imperfections as compared to a factory made pot. This is normal and should be expected.
Due to the lengthy handmade process, and the effort that goes in to one pot, I do not offer cancellations/returns/refunds for any reason other than damage or errors on my part so please consider your purchase carefully. This is especially true for pre-ordered releases. Please understand that I reserve the right to deny a return, but I will always work with you to find a solution.
Returns are approved on a case by case basis. If you are approved for a return, the item MUST be received in original condition or a refund will not be granted. A re-stocking fee of 15% will also be applied regardless of condition.
Domestic (USA) Shippings refunds:
If your piece was damaged during transit, you must report it within seven days and provide photographic evidence. A full refund plus shipping will be granted if your packages contained only the single item, or a replacement item will be made; whichever is agreed upon between myself and the customer. Shipping refunds will not be granted if multiple items were shipped in the same shipment as the damaged item. Thank you for understanding.
International Shipping Policy
All international orders are carefully packaged, but shipping ceramics internationally carries inherent risk.
Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit are not granted for any reason.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- the interior and exterior packaging
- the shipping label
Any resolution will be determined at our discretion and may include store credit, or replacement of additional shipping charges are agreed to be paid by the buyer. Insurance will be added to any and all international shipments and will be included in the shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or packages refused due to unpaid import charges.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
