Shipping policy


Domestic (USA) Shippings refunds:

If your piece was damaged during transit, you must report it within seven days and provide photographic evidence.  A full refund plus shipping will be granted if your packages contained only the single item, or a replacement item will be made; whichever is agreed upon between myself and the customer.  Shipping refunds will not be granted if multiple items were shipped in the same shipment as the damaged item. Thank you for understanding. 

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are carefully packaged, but shipping ceramics internationally carries inherent risk.

Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit are not granted for any reason. 

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the interior and exterior packaging
  • the shipping label

Any resolution will be determined at our discretion and may include store credit, or replacement which would incur additional shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. Insurance will be added to any and all international shipments and will be included in the shipping cost in the event of a lost or broken item. 

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or packages refused due to unpaid import charges.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
