Cancellation policy


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing a studio membership package. Membership subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until they are cancelled. If you want to cancel or change your subscription you must do so within 14 days of the billing cycle so as not to be charged.

For month-to month studio memberships, there is a minimum requirement of a 2 month commitment when you first sign up.  This is so that you have adequate time to settle in and use the studio and guarantees assigned shelf space.  

Shelf spaces are not reserved. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will be required to clear your shelf space and any items you have in the studio unless cleared by studio management.   Generally, member shelves are not reserved. Month-to month members are allowed to skip 1 month without clearing their shelves.  After 1 month, you will be asked to clear your shelf if you do not reactivate your membership.

The studio is not responsible for items left behind.  If you leave behind unfinished pottery, it will be recycled or discarded unless you speak to management about your asituation.

There are no refunds giving for membership subscriptions.
