Midnight Aurora Mug (12 fl oz )

This is a wheel-thrown mug glazed in “Midnight Storm”. The clay is a black stoneware. Please note there are tiny white flecks of naturally occurring frog in this clay body.

Please note that this is a 100% handmade item from start to finish.  Slight imperfections are normal and should be expected.

 This mug was fired to a bisque (first firing) temperature of approximately 1960*F. After glazing, was fired again to 2160*F in an oxidation atmosphere to create stoneware. 

This mug is food, dishwasher and microwave safe but hand washing is strongly recommended
