This is a wheel thrown tumbler with a straw hole made out of a speckled cream stoneware and glazed in Iridescent Cosmic Rose. The ripples in the mug were shaped by hand on the potters wheel. Metal straw included!
*Note: the angle of the tumbler/straw hole will best fit straws with the curved side inside the cup

This mug was fired to a bisque (first firing) temperature of approximately 1960*F. After glazing, was fired again to 2160*F to create stoneware. A third firing of around 1,000*F occurred after applying the liquid luster top coating for adherence.
