This is a wheel thrown tumbler made out of a speckled brown reclaimed stoneware and glazed in Iridescent lines of blues, greens and earthy tones. The phrase “Not Today” was stamped into the mug and inlaid with white underglaze.

This mug was fired to a bisque (first firing) temperature of approximately 1960*F. After glazing, was fired again to 2160*F to create stoneware. A third firing of around 1,000*F occurred after applying the liquid luster top coating for adherence.
