This is a wheel-thrown cup made out of a golden stoneware and glazed in a glittery cosmic black glaze. The ghost’s were painted by hand. There is a peek-a-boo ghost on the inside bottom of the cup.
Please note that this is a 100% handmade item from start to finish. Slight imperfections are normal and should be expected.
This mug was fired to a bisque (first firing) temperature of approximately 1960*F. After glazing, was fired again to 2160*F in an oxidation atmosphere to create stoneware.
