This is a wheel thrown mug made out of a speckled light brown stone ware and glazed in Iridescent deep turquoise with the word “Fuck” stamped into the clay and inlaid with black underglaze.

This mug was fired to a bisque (first firing) temperature of approximately 1960*F. After glazing, was fired again to 2160*F to create stoneware. A third firing of around 1,000*F occurred after applying the liquid luster top coating for adherence.
