THE STAR Butter Dish

This is a wheel thrown butter dish made out of a dark brown-black stoneware and glazed in a bright array of oranges, blues, purples and pastel peach hues. The star handle was carved out and attached to the top by hand and the scalloped bottom dish was also carved out by hand. A true labor of love! This is a one of a kind conversation piece that will add a totally unique addition to your kitchen. The dish hold about 8 ox of butter. 

HOW TO USE: The best way is maximize the dish space is to let the butter come to room temperature and then smoosh it into the dish. The dish can be left at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator depending on how you store your butter. 

This dish is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
